Soccer Nights Training for Volunteers—TODAY, 12:30 PM in the Lounge
Due to extreme temperatures, the volunteer training will be moved indoors today. Join us in the lounge to learn more about Soccer Nights and meet the team! Soccer Nights (happening June 27-July 1) is a free clinic offered to children ages 5-12 that seeks to promote athletic skill, leadership development and citywide unity. We need a big team with a variety of gifts—everything from hospitality to logistics to coaching! Volunteers, sign up at centralsquare.church/soccernights and attend the mandatory training today. If you can’t make it today, the next training will be offered on June 5.
Couples Connect: Next Sunday, May 29 in Newton, MA
The Families Ministry is hosting a series of 5 sessions for married couples at CSC to connect, be encouraged, and put faith into practice. The first session kicks off next Sunday, May 29 at a members’ house in Newton! Join us for lunch at 1pm and the study at 1:45pm. Email families [at] centralsquare.church to get location info and to RSVP so we have a headcount for food, or find more info at centralsquare.church/married.
Baptism Class on Sunday, June 26: If you are interested in or want to learn more about baptism and dedication/confirmation, our baptism class is happening on June 26. Get more info at centralsquare.church/baptism.

- 12:45 pm in the Lounge: Youth baptism or confirmation of baptism class
- 1:15 pm in the Lounge: Adult baptism or reaffirmation of baptism class
Friday Worship and Prayer Nights: Join us for Worship and Prayer Nights on Friday evenings 7:30-9 pm. Come be with the Lord, pray as a church, and hear from the Lord as the Body of Christ. Enter from our Magazine St. entrance. We will be meeting this Friday, May 27.
Looking for ways to serve? We have some opportunities you may be able to help out with – join one of these ministry teams and get to know others at CSC while you’re at it!
– Hospitality Team: contact Pastor Jean (jean [at] centralsquare [dot] church) and join a team that helps make Sunday services run smoothly and feel welcoming, and also helps create space for relationships to be formed.
– Multimedia Team: contact Pastor Jason (jasonyung [at] centralsquare [dot] church) if you’re interested in helping navigate a/v equipment for Sunday services
– Soccer Nights: contact soccernights [at] centralsquare [dot] church to help out with this free weeklong clinic in the summer to serve the youth in our neighborhood, sharing the joy of sport and teamwork. Volunteers should plan to attend one of the following sessions on May 22 or June 5 at 12:30pm.
