We offer Sunday Schools periodically throughout the year, geared towards adults who are looking to learn more about Scripture or various topics. Classes are typically led by staff, interns, or ministry leaders, and meet at church on Sundays. Everyone is invited, whether you want to know more about Christianity, are interested in the topics, or are a parent who wants to learn key parts of the faith to teach your children.

Face in a Mirror: A Bible Study in the Letter of James.
Join us as we study the book of James, who taught us that merely hearing the word and not doing what it says is like looking at ourselves in a mirror and immediately forgetting what we look like. Jason Hwang will lead this class every Sunday, Oct. 2 to Nov. 20 (no meeting on Oct. 9), from 9-10:15 am in the elementary classroom (upper level).
Email jason [at] centralsquare.church to let him know you’re interested. Feel free to drop in on any session!

Shedding Perfectionism and Finding Joy in our Work
Taught by CSC congregants Dr. Chandra Mallampalli + Beverly Chen, LCSW
In our lives as students, professionals, and disciples of Christ, perfectionism can be a roadblock to joy and real “productivity”. This session describes how perfectionism rears its head in our approach to our work and in twisted notions of what it means to please God. It then discusses what scripture calls “life in the Spirit” as a path out of perfectionism and into the abundance that comes through grace.
This one-day Sunday School will meet on November 20, 12:45-2:45 pm. We will be meeting in the Sanctuary (note location change) and offering childcare. Bring your own lunch, including lunch for your kids. No RSVP needed.
