Trauma can shape how we experience trust, conflict, closeness, and safety, often affecting our relationships in ways we may not immediately recognize. Whether trauma is part of your own story or the story of someone you love, this workshop will help us grow in understanding, compassion, and the ability to build healthier relationships together.
