Vacation Bible School (VBS) Volunteer Training THIS Sunday!
VBS is an annual camp where kids (ages 4-12) learn Bible stories, play games, do crafts, and worship God! This year, we are teaming up with Pentecostal Tabernacle Church to create this fun experience for children in our churches and the wider Cambridge community.
VBS will run from July 17-20 and with a family meal beginning at 5:30pm and VBS programming from 6-8pm.
Thursday July 20 will be a Community Celebration Cookout at Clement Morgan Park – everyone is invited to this event!
Join a team of volunteers serving and loving children in our community! Volunteers are needed to lead stations, facilitate groups, lead teens, serve meals, decorate, and more! There is a role for everyone.
A mandatory training for volunteers working with children is this Sunday, July 9 from 12:30-2:30pm at CSC.

Summer Fridays Continue!
Summer Fridays are off to an amazing start! Join us for our next gathering – a Worship Night on Friday July 14 in the Lounge at CSC from 7:30-9pm. We will spend time in worship through song and fellowship over ice cream afterwards!
Join us every Friday night in June and July for evenings of prayer, worship, and fellowship with the Central Square Church community. These gatherings are a great way to connect relationally over the summer!

Traction Field Trip
Join CSC on Sunday July 30 for an experiential and immersive experience to learn about our ministry partner Traction!
On this trip you will learn how Traction founder Leslie Moore and others are radically applying the Traction model of resource sharing to build a Black economic hub in downtown Pawtucket, RI. There will be a tour of the Black Block led by Leslie which includes a performing arts center, mini-mall, indoor park and more. We will stop at The Black Scoop ice cream shop as well for a time of reflection. There will also be a scavenger hunt for kids!
RSVP online and sign up to give or receive a ride. We will leave from CSC at 1pm and plan to arrive in Pawtucket at 2pm
