February Worship Night
Join us on Friday February 7th at 7:30pm for a special night of reflective worship and prayer in the Sanctuary! Michael Dottin and Tina Lu will be leading us in an evening of lectio divina and prayerful music. This is an opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and experience the life giving presence of God!
Soup in the Square
Join us as we share a meal with our neighbors in Central Square! On Saturday February 8th we will gather at the Green Street Entrance at 2pm to serve soup and hand out beanines to our neighbors. All are welcome!
If you would like to volunteer to help with setting up, serving soup, chatting with neighbors, and/or cleaning up, please sign up to volunteer via this form!
We will start setting up at 1:30pm and plan to begin cleaning up sometime between 3 and 3:30pm.
Faith and Wellbeing Workshops
Everyone is invited to a Workshop Series happening this spring on “Faith and Wellbeing”. Join us for the first one on Sunday, February 9 at 12:45pm as CSC member Beverly Chen, LCSW, will kick off the series with an overview on wellbeing and how to create healthy habits. We will be meeting in the Elementary Classroom Upstairs and pizza will be provided!
CSC Annual Meeting
Save the date for the Annual Meeting on February 23 in the Sanctuary following the Sunday Service. This a great opportunity to learn more about CSC, how God is at work in our community, where we are investing our resources, and where we’re headed. Everyone is invited, and members are lovingly required to attend and vote. Lunch will be provided beforehand in the Fellowship Hall.
If you have budget-related questions or want to know more about the church budget, please plan to attend the Budget Meeting on February 9 at 12:45pm in the Preschool Classroom.
CHILDCARE: Childcare will be offered for toddlers and older. We ask that youth grades 6 and up remain in the Fellowship Hall area (including lounge) during meetings and parents sign ALL CHILDREN including youth in and out in case of emergency. Please fill out the Congregational Meeting Childcare form for your child(ren) or youth by February 21 for guaranteed childcare. If you register later than this time we will do our best to safely accommodate your child but childcare is not guaranteed.
