Meet Your Neighbor Day

This Sunday, September 10, is the City of Cambridge’s “Meet Your Neighbor Day”. You are invited to join us out in front of the Green Street Entrance before service from 9:30-10:30am. We will have coffee & pastries as part of this citywide event. Come meet our neighbors and get to know Central Square residents!

Young Adults Ministry

Large Group Gathering: The young adults in our church community, ages 22-35, are invited to join us for our first kick off gathering on Sunday September 10 from 12:45-2:15pm. We will meet in the upstairs classroom and then break up into smaller groups. After September 10, we will continue to meet after the Sunday service, generally on the 3rd Sunday of every month.

Volunteering at Traction: The young adults are also invited to volunteer at our ministry partner Traction in Pawtucket, RI on Saturday, September 16. We will serve and learn with this ministry by painting and doing yard work. Afterwards we’ll receive a tour of the Black Block, a Black economic hub in downtown Pawtucket. We’ll leave church at 9am and come back by 3pm. Find more info and RSVP here so we can coordinate rides.

House Church Kickoff – Week of 9/17

House Churches are the primary place where we hope that individuals and families will grow as followers of Jesus, together. We all need a place to pray, to celebrate, to grow, to study, to be known and cared for by others, and ultimately to spur one another on towards a greater discipleship to Jesus Christ. While every House Church is a little bit different in terms of how these values are lived out, all of them are places where we hope that you will find encouragement for your spiritual journey.

Most will start the week of September 17. Our list of House Churches is still being finalized. Click here to check for updated information and to fill out our house church interest form.
