Young Adults Apple Picking + Bonfire Outing—THIS Saturday, Oct. 15—RSVP deadline Oct. 11. Young Adults ages 18-35 are invited for an apple picking outing at Berlin Orchard at 3 pm, followed by a bonfire at a member’s home at 5 pm with tacos for dinner. James Sunday School—Sundays at 9 am: Join us every week until Nov. 20 for “Face in a Mirror: A Bible Study in the Letter of James,” where we will discuss how merely hearing the word and not doing what it says is like looking at ourselves in a mirror and immediately forgetting what we look like. We will meet elementary classroom (upper level) from 9-10:15 am. Homecoming Sunday on Oct. 23: Join us for a special service to celebrate the opening of our building and what God has done, by divine grace. Come celebrate with us and all the people and organizations that got us to this pivotal point! Reception and lunch to follow. NEXT Sunday—Baptism Service: Rejoice together over new spiritual life with adult and infant baptisms and dedication! Note: kids and youth will stay in the service and there is no kids programming (the nursery and PreK/K classrooms will be available if parents need a place to be with their kids).
