Peace Workshops are back again this spring! Join us on Sunday, April 19 at 12:30pm as we kick off the series with a workshop called “Awaken the Church: A Frontline Response to Trafficking in Greater Boston” by Bonnie Gatchell, from our CSC community, who is the Executive Director & Co-founder of Route One Ministries.
In our time together participants will learn about trafficking taking place in Greater Boston & New England, increase their awareness of the issue, and have an opportunity to respond through action. The lecture is framed within the Biblical narrative, provides current statistics, and draws from 15 years of field experience in anti-trafficking efforts. This is a great way for people new to the world of trafficking to learn and ask questions.
These workshops are open to the public so feel free to invite others. Childcare will also be provided.
