Peace Workshop: Immigrant Rights

Our Peace Workshop series continues on April 27th at 12:45pm in the Sanctuary with a “Know Your Rights” training led by MIRA (Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition). Immigration lawyers, Julia Trencher and Jill Hwang will be speaking and answering questions. This workshop is open to the public so feel free to invite others.

 

Community Music Making

We are teaming up with our friends at Pentecostal Tabernacle to host a celebration of music and storytelling for kids and families to connect with Cambridge neighbors!

Families, join us Saturday, May 10 from 10:30am-12:30pm – and invite your neighbors! Reserve your slot for this event on Eventbrite! Activities include instrument making, storytelling, music, and a drum circle. All located in the Lewis Room at the Central Square Library (45 Pearl St).

Route One Ministry Annual Fundraiser and Concert

Want to help end sex trafficking and support survivors? Come to Route One Ministry’s Annual Fundraiser & Concert on Saturday May 3 from 5-8pm at Central Square Church. Route One’s biggest fundraiser of the year will feature the region’s best musicians, great food, and survivor stories. Learn more about this issue, meet someone new, and be a part of the fight to end trafficking.

All funds raised will go to Route One Ministry, a local anti-trafficking effort. Learn more & RSVP here.
